Delivery area

We deliver within Germany and to the Netherlands. Deliveries to other countries of the European Union are possible on request.

Shipping costs

• Within a 50 km radius of the warehouse where the furniture is located (Hamburg or Cologne): €99 per order
• Rest of Germany: €180 per order
• Netherlands: €250 per order
• Other EU countries: on request
• Collection in Hamburg or Cologne (by appointment): free of charge

You will see the shipping costs for your delivery address at checkout before you submit your order.

Delivery

We deliver to the delivery address you have provided, using our own delivery team or a freight forwarder commissioned by us. We will arrange the delivery date and the on-site procedure with you personally in advance – for example, how far the furniture will be carried and whether we will need your help.

Delivery time

Germany: 1–4 weeks after conclusion of the contract.
Netherlands: 2–6 weeks after conclusion of the contract.
Other EU countries: delivery date as stated in the individual offer.
We will inform you promptly of any delays.

Collection

You can collect your order from us free of charge by appointment – in Hamburg from our showroom or our warehouse, depending on where your furniture is, or in Cologne:

Payment methods

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL | Wero, PayPal and purchase on invoice by bank transfer (payable no later than 7 days after delivery or collection). Cash payment is also possible on collection or delivery by arrangement.
