It is intended as a convertible sofa: in a few simple moves, the swivel seats become loungers or a lying surface. Swivel a seat by 90 degrees and the armrest moves to the front, where it lowers to serve as a footrest. You then adjust the backrest and headrest separately. According to Brühl, the distinctive bend in the backrest points to precisely this adjustability. Everything is operated by hand. The neutral grey goes with wood, metal and colourful cushions. The sofa suits living rooms where you need room to lie down as well as to sit. Brühl relies on high-density foams for a seat that holds its shape. With a seat height of 42 cm, the sofa is within the usual range. It needs two metres along the wall and 90 cm in depth. To lower the backrests, allow up to 44 cm of space behind them, according to Brühl. As a result, a pre-owned Moule Large is also built for many years of use.
