Norbert Beck designed the multifunctional sofa for Rolf Benz, and it was launched in 2011. These positions are made possible by a fold-down side section, a swivelling seat and a back that can be adjusted backwards and upwards to any position. The mechanisms are housed in metal inner frames. On top of these are several layers of polyurethane foam, which in the seat sit over steel sinuous spring suspension.
