To answer it, the designers studied plans by Le Corbusier, Frank Lloyd Wright and Shigeru Ban. Their answer is a sofa landscape that opens up the room not only in front of it but also behind it. End and corner elements with a rotating function can be turned by 90 degrees, and a patented mechanism sits inside the frame. Seen from the front, the corner is on the right. It seats five people, and the wide surfaces also invite you to lie down. The warm brown has a calm effect and goes well with wood, linen and wool. With an overall height of 59 cm, the backrest is low, so the view across the sofa stays open. The landscape takes up around three by three metres. On version 755, you release the lock using a button in the base. Walter Knoll still offers 730 and 755, along with footstools, comfort cushions and, for 755, trays and side tables.
